A couple more items that emphasize how thoroughly the librul media is pretty much run by Fox and whatever other aligned corporate and/or winger interests...

On their face, neither story should be of any more concern than, I dunno, Hunter Biden's choice to buy a gun, but the former generates headlines that conveniently ignore the hypocrisy of the gun nut party, while these don't make above-the-(virtual) fold status, even though one exposes additional hypocrisy, while the other is demonstrable proof that the GOP, when not genuflecting to a leader who behaves like a brat, is pretty damn bratty just in general. 

But the gatekeepers can always count on finding bad news for Joe Biden. It's a compulsion.

GOP Comes Out In Favor Of Gun Control

Aside from the absurdity of the elite press breathlessly scrutinizing Hunter Biden in a way they never seemed to get around to for TFG's kids and in-laws, it's also worth noting that the GOP would be taking a big swing at their Sacred Second (Amendment) if even the slightest consistency was demanded.

I doubt TFG's eldest boy would pass. And there are plenty of other wingers buying and packing heat who are strung out, juiced up, or some combination of the two.

By the way, I'd be more than willing to apply this Hunter Biden precedent to everyone.

So, the conscience of the GOP, or at least the one person on which elite media could always pin fervent, I say fervent hopes of good old bipartisanship, comity, and moderation, is calling it a career. 

Imagine that -- a private equity blood sucker -- will be remembered as the last, best hope.
