More asymmetry -- if a Democratic candidate did anything like this, forget it. And there wouldn't be any ridiculous contortions about optics, or Real America or anything else. 

They'd report it as a grift, or in this case, bonus grift, a government contract and an overpriced Bible.

And that doesn't include the whole church/state thing.

Though...Oklahoma.
