I won't claim great expertise, but I do work in IT, and the bill isn't just awful as policy...the enforcement provision, from a technical sense, is terrible.

Sorry I haven't kept up with this, and hats off to those who did...and, thank heavens, it looks to be stalled, at least for now. Still, the idea that this was almost rammed through -- and still could be -- is chlling.
