Here's my take: didn't watch it, and it doesn't matter this early in the race. Besides, the Democratic candidate is running against this clown. Whoever gets nominated will have my vote. Sure, I've got preferences, but it doesn't matter.

If it wasn't already clear, yesterday's special election in North Carolina's 9th District spelled it out. There are no swing voters, there are no Reagan Democrats to appeal to by going all moderate. The upcoming election is base versus base. So, Dems...come up with something that appeals to your base, like, oh, I don't know, opposing Trump with everything you've got.
