Bill Withers died Monday, of heart failure not coronavirus, but it's yet another reason why 2020's turning into just an awful year.

Here's a song of his I only recently heard for the first time.

I stopped the car and wrote down some lyrics so I could search for it. Wow.

Jason Hargrove also died this week, and his death IS because of coronavirus. No, he wasn't famous like Bill Withers, but he deserves at least some mention.

Mr. Hargrove drove a bus in Detroit, and appears to have caught it from someone who used appallingly bad judgment.

My condolences to his family and friends.

I think there's an aircraft carrier that's not doing anything right now, especially since its captain was summarily fired for demonstrating concern for his ship and crew.

And just wait until the virus starts tearing through this area...

I'm sure Fox News will determine there's a perfectly valid explanation for mass death. They're already floating trial balloons (e.g., impeachment).

Trump's response to this is entirely predictable -- when not lying, boasting about the only thing he knows, i.e., his ratings.

And the MAGAt's still love him. Unless and until this affects them personally, and even then, it'll take a while.

People taken for suckers have a hard time admitting as much.
