Cheney's been an exemplary member of the 1/6 Committee...but the fact that her and Adam Kinzinger standing on it was pretty much required underscores the theme of this essay, i.e., that the GOP is or has been de facto "normal" in the eyes of the media for so long that the descent into White Nationalism/nascent fascism was in turns denied and ignored until it's now...the GOP.

There's no room for Liz, who isn't exactly calling for government seizure of the means of production.
