I'm generally a strong supporter of 2nd amendment -- most gun owners ARE responsible, the sheer number of guns out there really makes any meaningful control virtually impossible...and any attempt to institute meaningful control would almost certainly unleash a bloodbath.

But reselling seized weapons? Isn't that a bit much?
