I suppose it's just small comfort, but small is better than none, to realize that Fat Tony's "punishment" is that he'll forever be remembered as a partisan hack and not as any kind of deft thinker with regards to jurisprudence. That is, if he's even remembered, you know, not having ever been Chief Justice.
