Thanks. Hope your weekend went well. Over here, was unfortunately a little distracted. Major a/c issue. Thankfully the repair guy was able to fix it, but...that's the third major issue with the a/c...and...comes a time when you've got to bite the bullet and pay. Next month they'll replace the twenty year old unit with a new one. Will cost a pretty penny, but it's money well spent.
ReplyDeleteWill also have to have a roof repairman come in and fix the leak. It's not bad, but when it rains heavy enough, it's there.
And I've still got an issue with the floor in the back. So...take out the loan (maybe get a HELOC)...get the work done. Wish I could do it myself, but...best not to fool around. Pay pros. That's why they get paid. And the a/c guy was pretty nice. Not a hard sell, but...win/win: he gets the work, I get peace of mind.
