Guns In School, Part The Second

Two links, first, from a combat veteran wounded in Afghanistan, the second a report that the armed police officer on the school beat in Florida avoided confronting the shooter.

That's not an indictment of the officer -- I'm guessing the school patrol is considered low risk, and probably IS low risk...most of the time. But also note Matt Martin saying when he was shot in Afghanistan the medic froze...again, not an indictment, just one of many reactions someone might have in a situation WAY more stressful than most of us will ever experience.

But the wingers who confuse real life with Charles Bronson Death Wish movies think it can all be handled by more guns.

Just me, but a lot of Charles Bronson wanna-bees are far more likely to react like Barney Fife if/when...
