Yeah, am going to watch, but with no expectations and no real interest.
Debates have never been particularly useful. Pundits play armchair psychologist. The savvy quotient is sickening if not lethal.
And now there's the dreary spin cycle.
Plus there's the pandemic.
Maybe decades ago there was a modest benefit of being able to see the candidates react in real time, but the days of limited media are long gone.
If I ran the zoo, I'd pull the plug. Since I don't...ok, but goddamn. Sad to say as a political science major, but I just want the election season to end...
