Our foreign policy men of genius have become one of the insurgency's...biggest weapons suppliers. And, topping it all off, we taxpayers were forced to foot the bill, to the tune of almost three billion dollars (plus an extra 19 billion dollars for 'training'). Nice work, Team Bush--you've enabled our enemies...at OUR expense.
