A arrest record for minor offenses--or, as the military recruiters say, "youthful indescretions" (hmm...you too, Hyde)--is no longer an impediment to military service.
But I'd hate to serve in a unit with Shrub and Dick. One's so stupid, and the other so evil...bad things...
