Ohio State Rep. John Adams, pictured above, has proposed--again--legislation that prevents a woman from obtaining an abortion without consent of the biological father...because we all know that domestic disputes would NEVER result in a woman being forced to bear a child against her will. Nope.

I'll bet Rep. Adams also believes that when a man beats up a woman, it's because she's asking for it.
