    Sort of like the old lawyer advice -- when the facts are against you, pound the law, when the law's against you, pound the facts...and when the facts and the law are against you, pound the table.

    But it does suck that Lindsey et al are doing their two-year-old temper tantrum stuff when there are some real problems out there that need to be fixed...
