    This critter was actually elected to fairly high office? In the US of A?
    Oh noes! This is just too sad for words. Did she actually graduate from a real school? Seriously, how can anybody with even modest curiosity not know that a long civil war (can any war actually be civil?) in part because of slavery. I do not think that was the main objective of that vile war, but it was one of the main causes of the secession and the war that followed. The fact that this critter, female the article claims, was elected to any public office with this sort of "knowledge" of US history is enough to make all who voted for the critter to hang their heads in shame for the next 3 decades, minimum. Just my opinion, others may vary.
    Hope your weekend goes well. Don't work too hard.
    Our family gathering is supposedly the 25th/26th of this month. Have a memorial service next week though. A nephew of a sister-in-law died this week.

    Over here it was a quiet weekend, which these days is good. Nothing to report...and hopefully the project at work,,,continues to work.
