Commence hoist. Sorry for the unoriginal visual accompaniment but I figured that was about as good an image as anything...though Wile E. Coyote is a far more sympathetic figure.
And unfortunately one Repug snared in their own voter id trap won't offset the much larger number of people denied a basic right...still, nice to see them squirm at least a little bit.
Too funny for words. Yes, Mr. Coyote IS more sympathetic than any member of the elephant gang, ever. So sorry this "poor dear" got caught in this trap, not really. Told you I am sarcastic and cynical. Good thing this happened, now, we need for more of our "betters" to get caught also. Every time I have moved, I go to DMV and re-register to vote with new address. See, easy as pie, as the old folks say. If an old, broken down vet can do it, why can't a "up and coming" politician? Oh, don't they have people to do that for them? Being very sarcastic now. She gets zero sympathy or compassion from me. Yeah, I have been declared permanently disabled since 1994 after an 11 1/2 hour surgery to repair damage to my spine and if I can still manage to do this, surely healthy politicians ought to be able to as well. But then, I am sarcastic and cynical. Have a great weekend. Yeah, this get together this month should be a good one.
Well, enjoy the gathering...as for Ms.Rutledge, part of me actually kind of, sort of is...well, not admiring or in awe, but, you know...the sheer gall of being "outraged" by something they'll happily inflict on their opponents...chutzpuh...or cynicism on a scale I'll never approach, and I thought I was pretty cynical at this point.
Anyway, have a great weekend. I'll be doing fine as long as my work project...keeps working. Knock on wood...
