Think about it: Dipshit-in-Chief is demanding quick action on proposed outlays that FAR exceed even the most extensive plans for, say, coastal restoration or infrastructure maintenence/improvements...money to fix HIS epic screw-up.

That sort of hubris needs to be smacked down.
